CROSSPOINT STORIES

VISION STATEMENT

At Crosspoint, our mission is to cultivate, strengthen, and celebrate the sacred covenant of marriage within the loving embrace of our faith community.

Our ministry is dedicated to providing support, guidance, and inspiration to couples at every stage of their marital adventure. We are committed to fostering an environment where couples can deepen their spiritual connection, build lasting bonds, and navigate the challenges of life with unwavering commitment.

Central to our mission is the belief that God's love is the cornerstone of every healthy marriage. We believe that by anchoring marriages in faith, couples can weather any storm and experience the joy of a lasting, fulfilling union. Through prayer, fellowship, and biblical teachings, Crosspoint seeks to guide couples in understanding and applying timeless principles that strengthen their relationships.

Crosspoint is a vibrant community where couples are equipped, inspired, and supported in their marital journey. Together, we seek to honor God, strengthen marriages, and build a legacy of enduring love that radiates throughout our church, our families, and our world.

“Marriage is a biblical institution established by God as described by Scripture (Genesis 1:26- 27; 2:21-25). We believe biblical marriage can only occur between one biologically born and presenting male, one man, and one biologically born and presenting female, one woman. This church recognizes that marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime.”

Get to know the Parkers

Joshua and Anastasia Parker teach globally, serving marriages through national leadership and marriage conferences. They've also co-authored their most recent book, "Memoirs of a Christian Couple", which is a deeply personal look at how we as men and women, despite enduring failed relationship after failed relationship, can still find the perfect spouse designed just for us - if we’re willing to do the work. They wholeheartedly desire to obediently implement the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20) while teaching all that God has commanded them in their service to couples.

Joshua, a former United States Marine, holds a Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), and currently practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate for a nationally prestigious mental health organization.

Anastasia, a former special educator/reading specialist and graduate of the University of Maryland, is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Christian Education from DTS in hopes of reaching the people of God and their marriages through new and innovative actionable teaching.

They currently lead One Community Church's premarital ministry, which served nearly 250 couples in 2025 alone.
